The pricing policy of our company is the same in all points of sale (stores and online store). There are cases where the price of the same product changes when it is subject to modification of its physical characteristics, such as its size. SHIPPING AND EXECUTION OF ORDERS
All orders are delivered from Monday to Friday and the delivery times of the Transport Company or Courier Company are valid.
The shipping time (i.e. the time from the order validation until the order is fully processed and the parcel prepared) of the orders varies. Delivery time within the Attica region is 3-4 working days and delivery time within the regions of Mainland Greece, on the island of Crete (in the Capitals of the Prefectures) and on the islands is 7 working days, provided the products you have ordered are available and have no special delivery requirements. The aforementioned indicative delivery times do not apply to periods of extreme weather or other conditions such as strikes, and other cases of force majeure, which may affect transport times. Our company is not responsible for delays related to transport and courier companies.

ORDER DELAY
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
– The product has been delayed to be shipped by our supplier: In order to be able to offer you very competitive prices, we order our products from a very wide range of suppliers, domestic or international. However, there are cases where an order of ours can be held at the customs or it can be delayed in its transport, as a result of which the product isn’t delivered in time in our warehouses. In such a case, we will contact you to ask if you want us to deliver your order without this product or to propose an alternative product. We will send you this product immediately upon receipt by our company.
– In periods of extreme weather conditions or during strikes as well as in other cases of force majeure, that the transport and delivery of your order may be affected.
– In case it is impossible to contact you, by phone and / or with email (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because, for example, the contact info that you have entered is incorrect or not up to date.
Products All our products are delivered with a courier company (the courier company is selected by the online store) at the expense of the recipient, in excellent condition and packaged.
The customer is obliged to verify the correctness of the order in the presence of the courier and then to sign the delivery note in the position: “The Recipient”. The customer’s signature on the delivery note in the position: “The Recipient” is considered unconditional receipt of the product. Changes or refunds are not made on products that were promotions / offers or on products that were special orders.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Any return and change of any defective products must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase, with all documents proving the transaction that accompanied the product (delivery note, original tax receipt, etc).
The product can only be replaced if the packaging is returned and only if the defect does not result from misuse by the buyer or by incorrect observance of the instructions for use.

WITHDRAWAL (RIGHT OF CANCELLATION)
Consumers can exercise their right of cancellation within 14 days according to article 5 par. 10 of Law 2251/1994 (as amended by Joint Ministerial Decision Z1-891/2013).
In case you want to return the product you have received from our online store, you can send it to us in its original packaging and on the condition that we sent it to you and we must received it without our “packaging” being opened (i.e. without the safety tapes being removed and/or other safety types of the original packaging which prove that the products have not been opened (used)) within 14 days from the day of receipt by you, so that the right to exercise the withdrawal is considered timely.

Once we receive the cancellation form, we will contact you by phone or by e-mail, according to the information you provided to us from the cancellation form you sent us.
The products are returned within 14 calendar days from their delivery, at the customer’s expense. The products should be returned intact, in excellent condition, in their packaging as sent to you by the company, without being opened, assembled, and without the safety tapes being removed and/or other safety types of the original packaging which prove that the products have not been opened (used) – as the products will be returned again to sale.
In case the returned products do not meet the above conditions, they are returned to the customer at his own expense. The returned products must be accompanied by the tax receipt of purchase that accompanied them at the time of shipment. If the above conditions are met, a refund will be made to the customer within 25 working days from the date our company was informed of the right of cancellation.
In case the order was paid by credit card, the company will proceed to the required actions to inform the bank about the refund to the customer.
In this case, the time for crediting the amount to the customer’s account is the responsibility of the respective competent bank and the company of ‘CHRISTOS IOANNOU KOUROGLOU’ is not responsible for delays in crediting the amount of the refund due to the fault of the cooperating Bank.
ORDER CANCELLATION
